Second, how you exercise is also essential, as are yout diet and ofcourse your lifestyle. Just like eating, brushing your teeth and sleeping, exercise should be a regular part of your daily routine.

Lastly, have a healthy lifestyle. Make a few changes in your life such as:

  • Getting 9 to 10 hours of sleep every night.
  • Make sure you drink a lot of fluids.
  • Eat less junk food and fast food.
  • Be active. Watch less TV or spend less time playing computer games.
